Ingredients:

Prosecco OR Champagne
Honeycrisp Apple Juice or Apple Cider
Garnish:
Honeycrisp Apple slice
Carmel Sauce
Sugar
Cinnamon
Directions:
Put a small amount of carmel sauce onto a small plate
Mix a spoonful of sugar and several dashes of cinnamon together in a small bowl
Dip Flute glass in carmel sauce and then into cinnamon sugar mixture
Fill flute glass with prosecco
Add a splash of Apple juice or cider
Add slice apple wedge onto edge of glass
