• Custom Floor Plan: For specific guidance on your unique space, you can also add-on a service to create a custom floor plan and elevation.

• Full Service Interior Design: For those seeking a full hands-on experience, we recommend our full service interior design option, where our team can help you transform a blank canvas into your dream home. Each design project is unique. The length of your project depends on many crucial components, such as the scope of work and the size of the project. A good rule of thumb is to allow around six months from initial contracts to a completed project. Ordering, manufacturing, and delivery of furniture pieces can take anywhere from 6-12+ weeks. There are elements that we have control over and some we don’t such as availability of tradespeople and products or surprises uncovered during construction. In addition, how quickly we can arrive at decisions can impact the timeline. During the design journey, you'll be asked to make several design decisions based on what I present. I know it can feel overwhelming, and I am here to help guide you through the process and answer all of your questions, but ultimately the project moves at the pace you are most comfortable with.

I love using sentimental pieces or family heirlooms in my designs. I will do my very best to honor your wishes and find a home for your special pieces. During our initial Design Orientation, be sure to show me any pieces you would like to use in your updated space so I can take measurements and pictures of it and find a home for it in my plan. Please note, although we love using heirloom pieces, our Ultimate Service furnishing projects are fit for homeowners with a minimum budget of $30,000 for furnishing and decor with minimal to no existing furniture. Our Concept Creation service is best fit for rooms that have no existing furniture.

For our Ultimate Transformation services, all purchasing must go through Diamonds in the Desert. Keep in mind, you have hired me to design and execute a complete vision for your space—I have your best interests and the success of your project at heart! I would hate for you to end up with something that doesn't quite work within the overall plan. We strive to deliver your elevated design within 4-weeks of our project kick-off meeting. Should your project have additional spaces involved in our design, this timeline may be adjusted. We offer a variety of interior design options, with design services starting at $2,500 for virtual interior design services. For full-service interior design, including project management and complete implementation and execution of your project, we require a minimum of three rooms or a project budget starting at $250,000.
