Monthly Mocktail Recipe: Citrus Hibiscus Rose Delight

For those looking to toast to summer, here is a delicious mocktail, the Hibiscus Rose Spritz, a refreshing concoction that's as delightful as it is Instagram-worthy. Whether you're gathering with friends or treating your family to a memorable meal, cheers to completing another school year and creating an unforgettable summer ahead.

Recipe from The Mindful Mocktail

Ingredients:

•  3 oz (90 ml) chilled hibiscus tea (recommended to double the strength of the tea (so use 2 teabags or a double scoop of loose leaf tea) 

• 1/2 - 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice (monk fruit, honey, maple syrup or your sweetener of choice is fine)

• 1 oz (30 ml) orange juice

•  1/4 teaspoon rose water (We used Hibiscus Rose Kombucha)

•  Top with sparkling water or non-alcoholic rosé (We used SanPellegrino) 

• Optional: rose petal rim
  

Instructions:

• Prepare your tea and strain. Add your sweetener of choice while the tea is still warm . Set aside to chill. Fill a spritz glass with ice and pour in hibiscus tea, orange juice and rose water. Top with sparkling water or alcohol-free rosé. Stir gently and serve.
