Buck and Rider Restaurant for a fun experience, a green-hued beverage perfect for St Patrick's day, and some of my favorite hiking trails for an outdoor activity! Restaurant Spotlight
This month we are highlighting Buck and Rider's newest location in North Scottsdale! Located at The Shops at Chauncey Ranch, it’s twice the size of its original Arcadia location, with a beautiful outdoor patio for sipping creatively crafted cocktails and noshing on a spread of seafood, sushi + shareables {highly recommend the shareables, especially the oysters, crispy spicy tuna and the picnic chicken snack!}. The fresh, thoughtfully sourced seafood is flown in daily from around the world + the menu also includes Buck & Rider’s own private label of certified angus steak! We love dropping by for happy hour {it’s daily from 4-7pm!} in the oyster bar. We also recently celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary and enjoyed amazing service in the dining room.

Activities
Although the temps have been up and down recently, we are starting to experience some beautiful spring weather days! This is when my family and I like to get out and hike! Some of our favorite family-friendly trails include the Phoenix Mountain Preserve on 40th Street Trailhead, Jewel of the Creek Preserve, Lookout Mountain, and North Mountain.
