Our team takes care of everything from space planning to sourcing, so all you have to do is sit back and relax while we design. We'll work with you to get a clear understanding of your vision, and then we'll get to work bringing concepts to life. This service can all be done virtually, or if you are local to Arizona, we offer additional opportunities to help bring your concept to life.
Dream + Plan Phase
During our Dream + Plan Phase, we take the time to get to know you, and your design vision. We start with a design questionnaire, followed by analyzing inspiration images that you’ve shared with us— taking the time to truly understand your design style, lifestyle, and what you want for the end result. We don’t take shortcuts— it really is an honest-to-goodness conversation between you and us so we can create something truly unique that brings your design dreams to reality. We also ask that you provide us with measurements of your space, but if needed, we offer this as an add-on service.
Design Development
From floor plans to elevations and design boards, we provide a highly customized design plan that includes furniture, layouts, and accessories perfectly tailored to your needs. With our expertise, you’re sure to end up with a design that is timeless. Every design comes with a floor plan, an elevation view (if needed), and a design board. If you would like additional elevation views or renderings to help visualize the space, we also offer those as add-on services.
Our concept creation service provides you with links to shop for retail items, items from the DITD shop, and access to trade-only vendors if you are interested in our ordering add-on service. We take care of the sourcing for you, so all you have to do is "add to cart".
Finalizing the Design
Once we complete your design plan, we schedule a presentation meeting. We review your design board together so you can ask questions and we can discuss any revisions that may be needed. We include one round of revisions to make sure you're happy with your design plan.
Once the plan is finalized, we package it up and email you the drawings, design board, links to shop, and some helpful guides. If you opted for our ordering assistance service, we will send you over proposals for the trade-only items. Now that you have everything, you are ready to implement the design at your own pace. We do have several add-on services available including consultation meetings, site visits and project management services if you need extra help with the implementation.
